Zachariah Rutledge is an applied economist specializing in the fields of immigration, farm labor, and agricultural economics. He recently completed a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis, and has accepted a position as a postdoctoral scholar at Arizona State University. Rutledge has collaborated on research with the World Bank Group, the California Farm Bureau Federation, the Hoover Institution, the Cato Institute, the UC Davis Global Migration Center, and Migration Dialogue.
