Emily Carew joined EPI in 2021 as the digital community associate. She supported the communications team with digital and traditional media outreach. Carew has supported communications work at several think tanks in Washington, D.C., including the Stimson Center, the Bipartisan Policy Center, and the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. She also worked on a notable Democratic congressional campaign in her New Jersey hometown.
